CITM2001 was successfully held in Kunming International Trade Center on Nov. 8~11, 2001. 　　CITM2000 was the third CITM, It had a total exhibition area of 25,000sq m, 1,256 standard booths, of which 966 were domestic participants, 290 were overseas ones. It was opened to insiders on Nov. 8~9, to the public on Nov. 10~11. The total number of the domestic exhibiters was 1,200, and the overseas ones 300 came from 37 countries and regions (including Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR). We had 1,200 overseas buyers from nearly 50 countries and regions, 8,000 insiders, thousands of visitors and hundreds of overseas medias participated in its news reporting and interviewing. 　　Since the first time it was held in 1998, it has been well received by domestic and international tourism insiders all the time because of its magnificent exhibition, huge number of exhibitors, effective consultation and international scale, it has already become the greatest international travel mart in Asia.
