1. The CITM 2005 will be held from November
24 (Thursday) to November 27 (Sunday), 2005.
2. Construction work will be carried out
from November 21 to 23 while withdrawal will be carried out
in November 27 (after 18:00) and 28 (the whole day). Overtime
work can be done if needed. The Application for Overtime Work
and the relevant payment must be made to the Official Contractor
in advance.
3. The Registration Center only handles delegation
registration, other exhibitors should keep in contact with
the delegation leader or its designated person in order to
get the passes and tickets.
4. Original Letter of Confirmation on Booth
issued by CITM Secretariat should be provided by the delegation
leader for registration, otherwise the related passes and
tickets would not be given out. For special cases please show
the letter of statement signed by the related leader with
the content ¡°the original Letter of Confirmation on CITM Booth
is invalid¡±.
5. In the days for business talks (Nov. 24
and Nov. 25), exhibitors, performers and workers with both
the pass and the admission ticket are allowed to enter the
exhibition halls while in the days open to the public (Nov.
26 and Nov. 27) only the pass is enough for entrance. Persons
with OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR passes, or OUTSIDE NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR
passes are not allowed to enter the exhibition halls during
the exhibition (from Nov. 24 till 17:00 of Nov. 27).
6. Application for Entry into CITM 2005 Official
Directory and Application for Entry into List of Exhibitors
should be sent to CITM Secretariat by e-mail.
7. Any corner booth will be fixed with one
more fascia board instead of wall panel. Application should
be made in advance to the Official Contractor ¨C Beijing Xinghualu
Exhibition Ltd. ¨C for removal or adding of wall panels.
8. According to the rules and regulations
of Kunming International Convention £¦ Exhibition Center, the
Outside Non-official Contractors have to pay the management
fee when they register for construction and get their related
passes. (See Construction Management and Hanging Point Fee
in the Application for Facilities Rental)
9. Design drawings of booth on the space-only
site, including that of floor plan, perspective view (indicating
the construction size), elevation drawing and circuit diagram
and written explanation of power consumption and fireproof
materials used for booth construction must be submitted to
CITM Secretariat before September 20, 2005. CITM Secretariat
has the right to refuse any contractor without the written
approval for both construction to enter the exhibition halls.
10. Exhibitors should submit a written report
to CITM Secretariat about their special decoration or reconstruction
before September 20, 2005 and pay related fees for the occupied
public area. The reconstruction should start after it is approved,
otherwise they do not have the right for reconstruction.
11. Exhibitors who apply to build a two-storey
booth should pay the related fees. The fees should be paid
when exhibitors receive the notice on payment after CITM Secretariat
approves the blueprints and the Approval for Outside-Non-official
Contractor on Two-storey Booths will be sent to them on receipt
of the remittance.
12. Based on the conditions of Exhibition
Halls, CITM Organizing Committee has the right to ask exhibitors
to adjust to their design of booths.
13. As the days open to the public are an
important component part of the CITM, all the exhibitors will
have the obligations to provide promotion services to the
visitors on the days. The leader of each exhibitor delegation
will organize the exhibitors to participate in the CITM in
great earnest, and all the exhibitors will withdraw from the
exhibition strictly according to the schedule prescribed by
the Organizing Committee. No exhibitor will withdraw from
the CITM ahead of the schedule. During the CITM, the Organizing
Committee will not sign and issue any transport passes, and
will not take any responsibilities for the losses incurred
thereby. When withdrawed, exhibits are allowed to exit the
exhibition halls upon permit issued by the Organizing Committee
and Official Contractor.
