News Conferences and Presentations

CITM 2014 conference rooms are available free for the use of exhibitors (see the Application for News Conferences and Performances in the Day Open to the Public).

CITM Secretariat will arrange the news conferences and presentations based on the applications of exhibitors, for each will be within 45 minutes.

Tables, chairs and microphones, etc. will be provided along with the conference rooms. Any other facilities, such as computers, slide projectors or backboards, may be rented by exhibitors themselves.
