4) From 10,000 kgs and above
—— Cargo above 10,000 kgs but not exceeding dimensions 6m (L)×2.2m (W)×2.3m (H) shall be subjected to 20% surcharge on basic Inbound / Return rates per exhibits.
—— Cargo below 10,000 kgs but exceeding dimensions 6m (L)×2.2m (W)×2.3m (H) shall be subjected to 25% surcharge on basic Inbound / Return rates per exhibits.
—— Cargo above 10,000 kgs and exceeding dimensions 6m (L)×2.2m (W)×2.3m (H) shall be subjected to 30% surcharge on basic Inbound / Return rates per exhibits.
9. Late arrival surcharge of 30% (based on the handling rate) will be applied for the shipments arriving after the cargo receiving period as stated.
10. For additional services not listed above, an individual quotation will be given upon receipt of your requirement.
11. Remarks:
A) Above rates exclude air/sea freight charges and customs duty/tax.
B) As the official tariff is compiled on volume or weight basis and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, naturally no insurance has been covered in our charges and all work is undertaken by Beijing King Tetier Logistics Ltd. at owner’s risk. Thus exhibitor should arrange a proper round-trip (including exhibition period) all risk insurance for their exhibits. The maximum liability of Beijing King Tetier Logistics Ltd. for any loss of or damage to goods or for any nodelivery or miss-deliver is USD 200.00 per consignment or bills of lading or airway bills.
C) Above rates are quoted for all exhibition hall at ground floor, 30% surcharges for upstairs will be added.
D) If failing to process customs clearance for the exhibits delivered by express, Beijing King Tetier Logistics Ltd. will process and charge them as the ones delivered by air.
